No. There are organizations that are dedicated to doing that. Most of the advertisers at this point are companies that do not hide their political bias. Many are proudly right-wing. MyPillow is pretty much in every commercial break. The ads are more mainstream during Fox & Friends. These are companies that wouldn't be swayed by a boycott or even the worst material Fox News puts out. There are Christian groups too. The most innocuous advertisers are charities dedicated to veterans or the Shriner's hospital.
